RCMP request public assistance to locate stolen trailer

Millbrook RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance to locate a stolen flat bed trailer.

 

On Friday May 13 at approximately 11 p.m. a black pickup truck was seen on surveillance video as it came off the highway at Exit 13A and parked beside another vehicle at Glooscap Trading Post in the Truro Power Centre. About ten minutes later it left the parking lot with a stolen flat bed trailer. The truck and trailer went towards the highway in an unknown direction of travel. Police are asking for the public to help identify a suspect in this incident. The trailer is described as:

 

  • Brand name: Load Trail
  • Length x width: 102″ x 16′
  • Colour: Black
  • Licence plate: T399459
  • Distinguishing features: tandem axle
  • Value: Approximately $5,000

 

Police are asking anyone who may know the identity of the driver of the truck or the location of the stolen trailer to call Millbrook RCMP at 902-893-6819 or 1-800-803-7267.
