Halifax District RCMP is requesting public assistance to locate a missing 17-year-old girl.

Kyla MacIntyre of Lower Sackville was last seen leaving her home Thursday night at approximately 11 p.m. She is described as a white, 5-foot-7, 230-pound female with purple hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing black capri pants and a powder blue hoodie with a Cape Breton emblem on the front. Kyla may be travelling in a silver, two-door Honda Accord with a loud muffler and a large orange sticker with black lettering that spans the width of the back window.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kyla MacIntyre is asked to contact Halifax District RCMP at 902-490-5020.
