RCMP respond to Assault with Weapon in Fall River

Thursday, September 9, 2010 Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM), N.S….  Members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Halifax District responded to an Assault with Weapon incident in Fall River yesterday afternoon.

 
Members were called to the Gordon R. Snow Community Centre in Fall River, 1359 Fall River Road, just after 5:00 PM.  Upon arrival, they found a 17-year old male bleeding from the head.  It is believed the cut was caused by flying glass after two male suspects used a baseball bat to smash the window of the car the victim was sitting in.  The two suspects then fled the scene in a white van.  One of the suspects is described as a male in his late teens.  No other descriptions are available.
