Richmond County RCMP seek public’s assistance locating missing man, Potlotek First Nations, N.S.

Richmond County RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 20-year-old man from the Potlotek First Nation.

Robert Kenny George was last seen on the evening of Wednesday December 3rd leaving his residence.

The RCMP was notified on Saturday evening December 6th. RCMP and George’s family have been actively searching for him based on information regarding his whereabouts. Attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful. RCMP officers have searched a wooded area with the RCMP Police Service Dog with negative results.

George, who is Aboriginal, is approximately 5’7′, 200 lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes. He is believed to be wearing insulated rubber boots, a green or pink sweater/hoodie and sweat pants. Family and friends have distributed missing person posters throughout the local area.
