RCMP lay drug charges against two women , Millbrook, N.S.

Millbrook RCMP, Truro Police Services and the Colchester Integrated Street Crime Enforcement Unit have arrested and charged two women following a search of a home. On December 5th, 2014, as part of an ongoing investigation, police executed a search warrant under the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act at a home in Millbrook.

On December 5th, 2014, as part of an ongoing investigation, police executed a search warrant under the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act at a home in Millbrook.

A 30 year-old women from Millbrook and a 32 year-old woman from the Truro area, were arrested at the scene without incident and each are facing a charge of Possession for the Purpose of trafficking under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

Both women have been released from police custody on Promise to Appear and will be appearing in Provincial Court Truro, Nova Scotia in February 25th 2015.
