Monday, July 14, 2014 – Cobequid Road will be closed to all traffic at the rail crossing near Windsor Junction Road tomorrow, Tuesday, July 15, at 9:00 a.m. until  Wednesday, July 16 at 7:00 a.m. to facilitate maintenance work on the rail crossing.

 

This closure will also impact the detour in place for the Powder Mill Bridge replacement, which is using Cobequid Road as the alternate route. There will be a signed detour in effect, and all traffic will be routed to Glendale Drive, Beaver Bank Road, Windgate Drive, and Windsor Junction Road. Motorists should expect delays.

 

The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.
