Tuesday, Sept. 16, (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that crews will be doing asphalt patching on St. Margaret’s Bay Road (Trunk 3) between Raines Mill Road and Greenhead Road tonight, Sept. 16, starting at 6 p.m.

Depending on the weather, this patching work will continue during the day and evening on Wednesday, Sept. 17, and Thursday, Sept. 18.

Crews will begin at 9 a.m. tomorrow and Thursday and continue working through the day and in to the evening. There will be no work during peak traffic hours (4 p.m. to 6 p.m.). Lane drops will be in place during work hours.

Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible. The municipality apologizes for any inconvenience this work may cause.
