Police are looking for suspects after two incidents overnight.

Robbery
At approximately 1220 AM Halifax Regional Police responded to the 6900 block of Bayers Rd for a report of a robbery at this location. An adult male victim reports exiting the bus at this location and being approached by two unknown males who attempted to forcibly remove his satchel from him. A struggle ensued between the two males and the victim. The males then fled the area. No property was obtained from the victim and no injuries reported. No arrests have been made at this time.
Suspect description two males, 17 to 20 years old both white t-shirts.
Arson
At 2 AM Halifax Regional Police responded to the Lavander Walk area for a report of an unwanted male in the area. Upon arrival members noted a smell of smoke and were able to determine that a small fire was active inside a residence. Members were able to gain entrance into the residence and ensure no persons or animals were inside. The fire was quickly extinguished.The scene is being held as the investigation is still ongoing.
