Robbery At Windsor Street Sobeys

At 7:25 P.M. Halifax Regional Police officers responded to a robbery call at 2651 Windsor St, Sobey’s grocery store. 
At 7:25 P.M. Halifax Regional Police officers responded to a robbery call at 2651 Windsor St, Sobey’s grocery store. 
A lone male had approached one of the cashiers and handed her a note stating that he had a weapon and to turn over the cash. The cashier turned over a quantity of cash and the suspect left the store. No weapon was ever seen and no one was injured during the incident. Officers from patrol division, K-9 and the Integrated RCMP/HRP General Investigation section were on scene to conduct the investigation. At this time the suspect has not yet been located. He is described as a white male, approximately 30 years of age, 6 feet in height and weighing about 225 lbs. He was wearing a blue jacket, blue winter hat and sunglasses.
