Safe boating course

A safe boating course will be offered in Bedford.

The course is offered by the National Safety School, the country’s leading course provider accredited by Transport Canada.

Every power boat operator must obtain the Pleasure Craft Operator Card. It’s the law.

The course is offered and designed for all age groups (kids, teens and adults).

Register now and you could win one of many prizes: 1st prize is a 14 foot Princecraft boath with a trailer and 9.9 HP Mercury motor.

The course will take place on Wednesday, February 24 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 95, located at 1172 Bedford Highway.

Fee: $80, including tax, exam and card (prepay and get a second card free, a $20 value).
