Police arrested one male and expect to charge three others in separate incidents overnight.
 
At 10:00 pm members of the Integrated General Investigation Unit (GIS) were in the area of 104 Green Village Road in Dartmouth and observed the security fence for the Dartmouth Secure Self Storage business to have been breached (cut).  Members further observed that several of the individual storage units had their locks cut off and were entered. Two adult males were located inside the compound and attempted to escape.  The two males were arrested after a brief foot pursuit. A female who was in an awaiting vehicle parked along the 111 Highway near Portland Street was also arrested.  The 18 and 20 year old male as well a 34 year old female are currently being interviewed by investigators.  All three are expected to be charged with 15 counts of break and enter due to 15 individual storage units being entered. It is unknown at this time if they will be released or held for court.
 
At 10:50 pm central patrol members responded to a report of a suspicious person possibly attempting to break into a vacant resident in the 3700 block of Bright Street in Halifax. A 47 year  old male was arrested without incident nearby and will be charged with Trespass by Night and 5 counts of Breach of Probation.  He will appear in Halifax provincial court on Monday.
