During the overnight hours last night shots were heard in the Cavendish Rd. Halifax  area. Today a citizen was out walking and observed a bullet on the roadway on Cavendish Rd. Police were called at this time, and identified a residence on Cavendish Rd. as having several bullet holes in it, through the window and in the side of the building. The resident was home during the night but did not hear anything, no was injured.
The Integrated General Investigative Section is currently investigating this incident.
 
At 757 pm this evening a female complainant called police to report she had been walking on Queen St. between Morris St and South St when she was approached by a male who was exposing himself. She continued on her way and called police. Police have checked the area for the suspect but were unable to locate the party. The male  was described as being 30-40 s in age,  facial hair, slim build, wearing a  toque and blue jacket.
