Skinner v. Board of Trustees of the Canadian Elevator Industry Welfare Trust Fund

An independent Nova Scotia human rights restorative board of inquiry in the case of Gordon (Wayne) Skinner of Head of Chezzetcook v. Board of Trustees of the Canadian Elevator Industry Welfare Trust Fund of Ontario, is scheduled to begin on Monday, Oct. 3.Mr. Skinner alleges that he was discriminated against because of a disability. The board of trustees denies any discrimination occurred.        The board of inquiry will begin at 9 a.m. at the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission, Board of Inquiry Hearing Room, 305-5657 Spring Garden Rd., Halifax.       The board chair is Benjamin Perryman who is independent of the commission.
