South Park at University Ave closed until late June

Nova Scotia Health Is asking people with appointments at the Victoria General site of the QEII, including the Dickson Building, to allow extra time to travel to the site due to a Halifax Water project beginning Monday, May 2 that will affect drivers and Halifax Transit users.


The intersection of South Park Street and Morris Street/University Avenue will be closed to all but emergency traffic beginning Monday morning and until late June.


There will be detours for drivers in the area and the South Park Street entrance to the site will be accessible only from the South Street side. The University Avenue entrance will not be affected.
