I’ve been neglecting my baby…

I realized today that I’ve been neglecting my duties on here as the main writer and contributor to YourInnerSkinny (I said duties) and that I owe my loyal followers (if there are actually any) a few posts.  I’m not going to cover them all in one giant post as I don’t want to bore you guys to death and also because I don’t want to write one giant post…

I’m not sure how I’m going to cover all of this yet, but here’s a few things that pop into my mind right off the bat that I want to talk about:

I need to give an update on my “A Month Without Booze” Challenge and how I made out with that.   I want to talk about my “Weekend of Gluttony” and how that went and how I feel right now because of it.  I’m going to elaborate on what Sandy talked about in her last post about Training with Injuries and how it’s affecting my life right now as well.  And lastly I want to talk about the future of YourInnerSkinny, how my Fitness Theory course is going and talking more about how my fundraising is coming for the “Walk for Arthritis” I’m doing on May 30^th and why I’m doing that.

I guess I should get writing…
