This one’s for you…

letterAs I try to do a million things at once, I find myself lacking the time to write and blog as much as I want to. I’ve got LOTS of posts in the works, but never seem to have the time to get them all down on paper (or typed out in this case). I want to talk about my experience with Julie Mac Fitness’ 4 week beginner kettlebell class. I want to talk about mixing up your workout and what it can do for you and what it’s done for me over the past few months. I really want to talk about the Fitness Theory Course I took and what I learned from it, where it let me down and how scared I am about writing the final exam. And a huge subject I want to touch on is my struggles to find a good doctor in this city and how my last two doctors have been absolutely useless and how one actually screwed me over with my insurance and my motorcycle accident.

Writing the blog part of YourInnerSkinny is one of my favorite things to do, but I know that the articles that I get the “experts” to write for the site are a big draw as well. So what I want to do right now is ask you, the reader, to tell me what you want to read about. Diet? Workouts? Fitness? Struggles? Successes? Do you have a specific question you have wanted to ask but haven’t had anyone to ask or have been scared to ask? Leave me a comment on here with what you would like to see more of on YourInnerSkinny or if you don’t want to leave it publicly, email me scott@yourinnerskinny.ca. This site isn’t for me or the “experts” that write for it, it’s for you, the reader and what you want to read about.
