Speech From the Throne to be Broadcast Live


Lt.-Gov. J.J. Grant will open the third session of the 62nd General Assembly of the Nova Scotia legislature Thursday, Oct. 13, by reading the speech from the throne.

The speech will be televised live and will be available online. Legislative Television will broadcast the ceremony on Eastlink Digital Cable channel 95 and Eastlink Digital Cable channel 630 in high definition, starting at 2 p.m. Closed captioning and sign language interpretation will also be provided.

The ceremony can also be viewed live at http://nslegislature.ca/index.php/proceedings/legislative-tv .
