Today, Feb. 21, the Nova Scotia Teachers’ Union told us their membership voted in favour of illegal job action.
They’ve asked to meet and I am willing to do that, as I have previously. My office has reached out to set that up.
The status quo is not an option. This will have to be a meaningful discussion about solutions to the challenges we have.
I maintain that the best place for students is in our schools.
