Sum of Money Found Yesterday at St. Mary’s University

Halifax Regional Police is requesting the public’s assistance finding the owner of a sum of money found in Halifax yesterday.

Halifax Regional Police is requesting the public’s assistance finding the owner of a sum of money found in Halifax yesterday.

At 4:39 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to Saint Mary’s University after an employee discovered a sum of money in the foyer of SMU’s Loyola residence. Officers were unable to find any information in or, on the envelope that would identify the owner.

The owner, or anyone with information regarding the owner, is asked to contact Halifax Regional Police at 902-490-5016. In order to claim the money, the person must be able to specify: the amount of money, its denominations and, the envelope.
