Suspicious Package – Halifax


At 1:18 p.m., Halifax Regional Police re­sponded to a report of a suspicious pack­age in a playground in 5800 block of Sou­th Street. 


Officers with the Ex­plosive Disposal Unit determined there was no threat and the street has been re-­opened to traffic. Thank you to everyone for their cooperati­on in this matter.
