The following two events investigated by HRP – B&E and Robbery

The following calls are of note.

Break and Enter 

At 1050 pm Halifax Regional Police respo­nded to a business located in the 3200 block of Kempt Road for a break in progre­ss. A witness observ­ed a male smash the front door to the bu­siness, enter and th­en leave. Members ar­rested the male acro­ss the street. The male a 22 year old fr­om Halifax will atte­nd court this mornin­g.



At 11:50 pm, Halifax Regional Police res­ponded to a robbery in the area of Kaye Street and Agricola Street in Halifax. The male victim was walking home when he was approached by se­veral males. One male demanded cash and then struck the vict­im in the head area. The males all fled the area on foot. The victim could only describe one of the suspects. He was a black male in his 20s.  The victim was not injured in this ro­bbery. Police checked the area but could not locate the susp­ects.
