There is always hope!

I don’t know how many of my lovely readers have seen my very first post on this blog about The She Space’s Hope Quest. The idea was sending a beautiful purple shadow as a message to let someone know you care, to help them realize that there are still beautfiful things (and hope) in this world.

Yesterday was a sad day to the review bloggers’ community. One of the bloggers took her own life and it was a shock to everybody. The blogger posted that she was taking a break from blogging a while back, and nobody questioned that, until it was too late. I don’t know exactly what happened, but I felt so sorry that she didn’t turn to any of her friends or fellow bloggers to share the burden in her mind. She was young and beautiful. RIP Karissa.

I have been reading lots of blogs before having my own (and still am), and have been lurkers most of the time. I only commented when the blogger shared a sad story to comfort her or when great news were announced (like birthday or wedding). I have got better in that department over the time, especially when I know how valuable comments are to a blogger. To be honest with you, I get all excited when signing in to blogger and seeing comments waiting for me in the dashboard, and get a little sad if nothing is there. I guess all bloggers are like that.

My point is I love being a blogger as I find myself in a community of loving attitude, sympathy and more. I have met friends in this beauty world that I couldn’t have met in real life.

So, reach out to me, or anybody around you when you have something bothering your mind or your heart, or when you just want to share, get things off your chest. If the least I could do is to send you one of these little shadow jars, I would. But I can do better, I’m a good listener. So just talk to me, ok?

And I’ll do the same. I might rant on this blog, or bug you on twitter, or email you, etc. Hope you don’t mind 🙂 I am a true believer of finding outlets for emotions, but sometimes I don’t do it enough, sometimes I overdo it, lol.

Hope you all have a good day. And remember to tell your loved ones that you love them, everyday!
