Thieves Managed to Steal Large Quantity of Copper Wire From Municipal Depot Over the Weekend

Halifax Regional Police is requesting the public’s assistance to determine who may be responsible for the theft of a large spool of copper wire from a municipal property in Halifax.

Halifax Regional Police is requesting the public’s assistance to determine who may be responsible for the theft of a large spool of copper wire from a municipal property in Halifax.

On June 15, police were called to the MacKintosh Street Depot after workers discovered that a large spool of copper wire had been stolen from a locked storage container. The theft occurred sometime between 4:30 p.m. on June 12 and, 7 a.m. on June 15. The theft was noticed when workers returned to work after the weekend.
