An Antigonish area man isn’t too pleased about his recent purchase from a local big-box electronics retailer in Halifax after discovering it had been used for years by another customer. 

 

A great story in the Chronicle-Herald this morning tells a tale that many gadget fans and geeky types know all too well: Be careful of what you buy from electronics stores.  From Chris Lambie over at the Herald:

 

The Bose system, which includes a DVD player, an AM/FM tuner, two satellite speakers and a subwoofer, was marked down from $999 to $499 and the sales clerk at the Mic Mac Mall Future Shop had convinced Mr. Mangold it was a good deal.”
