Three charged after Dawn Street robbery

Police have charged three people in relation to a robbery that occurred in Halifax over the weekend.

On February 5 at approximately 11:05 p.m. police responded to a robbery that had just occurred at a residence on Dawn Street. Two men broke into apartment, threatened a man with a knife and stole his property.

A short time later, officers arrested three people in the area and recovered the stolen property.

Dorian Arthur Ferdinand, 21, John Robert Cameron, 36, and Tasha Faye Elizabeth Walsh, 36, are facing one count each of robbery in relation to the incident. Ferdinand is also facing one count each of failure to comply with a probation order and failure to comply with an undertaking.

All three accused were scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court yesterday.
