I’ve been working hard lately and decided that I deserved a few treats for all my efforts.

Those of you who know me in real life know that oh, for the past year or so I’ve been wanting to upgrade to a Blackberry Curve. I’m a cheapie so I waited out my contract and then waited even longer for the price to go down. Last night I took the plunge….and am in love! 🙂

Bye bye old phone that barely allowed me to even text message…

Hello pretty, shiny replacement! The Iphone is coming out tomorrow so due to that and that I’m a good customer out of contract, I got the Curve at an extremely reasonable price.

My inner geek has come out in full color! 🙂 I’ve been playing around all night and now can tweet, FB and chat with all my buds on BB Messenger…speaking of that there are a few of you who I still need Pin #s from…

Then it was off to the shoe store! You know where that leads…. 🙂 J needed some new shoes so we went to Payless and took advantage of their BOGO50%. I got a cute pair of flats. Believe it or not, I’ve actually since wearing heels every day for the past 3 months because I cleaned out my closet back in the Summer and threw out the few pairs of non-heeled shoes that I owned.

Oh and a few much needed wardrobe pieces. Yah for sweaters! I’m cold 24/7 and have been wearing the same 6 sweaters over and over again.

On top of treating myself to a few things, I also found out that I won tickets from Symphony Nova Scotia and scored a pair to see the film Coco Avant Chanel.

And , of course, I stayed on track and within the points. How was that for a great day! 🙂
