Trio arrested after robbery with a knife in Halifax

At 9:36 pm on December 24th,  HRP officers responded to a street level robbery that occurred in the 6000 block of  Young Street.

The victim (age 20)  was mugged by 2 males and a female. One of the males involved held a knife to the victim and demanded their phone. A struggle ensued, the victim escaped and the suspects fled on foot but were apprehended a short distance away on Robie Street.

The victim suffered only a minor scrape and did not require any medical assistance.
