Two 16-year-olds arrested for Eastern Passage breaks

November 18, 2010, Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM)…. Members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police arrested two 16-year-old males for break and enters in Eastern Passage, N.S. 
 
On November 17, 2010, 3:03 PM, RCMP officers responded to a call of two young males attempting to break into a residence on Sandlewood Terrace, Eastern Passage.  RCMP officers arrested the two suspects hiding behind the property.  Further investigation by the Halifax District RCMP Street Crime Unit revealed that the suspects allegedly broke into several other residences and vehicles over the last couple of weeks. 
 
Both 16-year-old males will be appearing in Halifax Provincial Youth Court on November 18th, 2010.  They will be facing numerous charges under the Criminal Code and Youth Criminal Justice Act, including Break and Enter, Uttering Threats, Possession of Stolen Property, Breach of Probation, and various other offences.
