Two Drug Arrests Overnight

 

Police made two drug-related arrests in separate incidents since yesterday.
At 6:00 PM members of the integrated Drug Unit executed a search warrant in the 5000-6000 block of Almon Street in Halifax.  A 48 year old male was arrested without incident.  He will appear at a later date in Halifax Provincial Court facing  two counts of Possession for the purpose of trafficking CDSA 5(2).  Trafficking Cocaine and Marihuana.
At 1:20 AM members of the Integrated Drug Unit executed a search warrant in the 2000-3000 block of Maynard Street in Halifax.  A 50 year old male was arrested without incident.   He will appear at a later date in Halifax Provincial Court facing two counts of Possession for the purpose of trafficking CDSA 5(2).  Trafficking Cocaine and Marihuana.
