Two males face break and enter charges, Windsor, N.S.

Windsor District RCMP have made arrests following recent break-in's to garages in the Hantsport / Mount Denson area of Hants County. The RCMP commenced an investigation after receiving several reports of garage break and enters on December 15th and 16th.

The RCMP commenced an investigation after receiving several reports of garage break and enters on December 15th and 16th.

Items that were reported stolen included chain saws, power tools, and tool sets.

On Monday, December 22nd, RCMP arrested an adult male and one male youth at their residences in the Windsor area. RCMP also conducted searches of the residences that led to the recovery of some of the stolen items including a quantity of tools and one firearm. A third residence was also searched in the Windsor area in relation to the stolen property.

William Brian Farrow, 26, of Windsor has been charged with:
– Nine charges of Break, Enter and Theft
– Two charges of Breach of Recognizance
– Breach of Probation
– Transfer Firearm While Not Authorized
– Two charges -Possession of Stolen Property
– Possession of Firearm While Prohibited

Farrow was remanded into custody and will appear in Windsor Provincial Court on Monday, December 29th, 2014. The 17-year-old male youth has been charged with Possession of Stolen Property. The youth was released on an undertaking and will appear in Youth Court in Windsor at a later date.

Windsor RCMP are continuing their investigation and more charges may be pending.
