Two men face charges after a drug search in Halifax.
In response to public complaints and following an investigation, officers in theSpecial Enforcement Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division, assisted by patrol officers, executed a search warrant at 2411 Agricola Street at 9:30 a.m. Officers seized a quantity of marijuana, edible cannabis products, hash and a quantity of money. Two men were arrested at the scene without incident.
A 39-year-old man and a 35-year-old man, both of Halifax, are each facing one count each of possession for the purpose of trafficking in marijuana and possession for the purpose of trafficking in hash. They were released on a promise to appear and undertaking and are scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court at a later date to face these charges.

Two people charged after four drug searches
A man and a woman face charges after four drug searches in the Halifax area yesterday.
Starting at 10:30 a.m. on November 23, officers in the Special Enforcement Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division, with the assistance of Halifax RCMP Street Crime Unit members and HRP patrol officers, executed four separate search warrants.
· At 1118 Barrington Street officers seized a quantity of marijuana, cannabis resin, edible cannabis products and a quantity of cash. A woman were arrested at the scene without incident.
· At an apartment at King’s Wharf Place in Dartmouth officers seized a number of documents.
· At a residence on Rockcliffe Drive in Lakeside officers seized a quantity of cocaine, MDMA, LSD, marijuana, cannabis resin, edible cannabis products and other drug paraphernalia.
· At 11:30 a.m., an apartment in the 5500 block of Fenwick Street in Halifax, officers seized a quantity of cash and documents. A man was arrested at the scene without incident.
Thirty-five-year-old Jesse Gerald Carroll of Halifax is facing one count each of possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine, possession for the purpose of trafficking in MDMA, possession for the purpose of trafficking in LSD, two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking in marijuana and two counts for the possession for the purpose of trafficking cannabis resin. Carroll was held in custody and was scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court today to face these charges.
A 22-year-old Halifax woman is facing one count each of possession for the purpose of trafficking in marijuana and possession for the purpose of trafficking cannabis resin. She was released on a promise to appear and undertaking and iss scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court on January 16, 2018 to face these charges.
