Missing Hikers Located by Ground Search & Rescue

Around 12:00 p.m. 25 November, Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a group of lost hikers in the Fox Lake Trails, Kearney Lake. A group of Dalhousie Students were hiking the trail when five members of the group were separated from the larger group. The lost hikers were able to contact police through Dalhousie Security they were lost. Ground Search & Rescue were activated and shortly before 3:00 p.m., Ground Search & Rescue located the lost hikers and they rejoined the larger group.
