Halifax District RCMP responded to a call of an unwanted person yesterday which resulted in an arrest of a woman from Hubley.
At 9 a.m. yesterday morning, Halifax District RCMP responded to a residence on St. Margaret Bay Rd. in regards to a call of an unwanted person. Prior to police arrival, the female suspect had broken the window of a door to the residence and as members arrived, she was getting into the passenger side of a vehicle parked just outside the home. Members arrested the woman who resisted and bit a member’s hand.
The 38-year-old woman was later released on conditions and is facing charges of:
