Halifax District RCMP has laid two charges of Uttering a Threats against Wayne Hetherington, 70, of Porters Lake. Hetherington appeared in Provincial Court Dartmouth this morning and was remanded into custody until his next court appearance on August 28th, 2014 in Dartmouth.
