A 19-year-old male from Onslow has been charged with Attempted Murder.

Doug Probert has been charged with attempted murder after a pedestrian/vehicle collision at the Power Centre in Millbrook on September 18th.

The 17-year-old victim remains in the QEII hospital with serious injuries. Mr. Probert will appear in Truro Provincial Court on Monday, September 22nd. Millbrook RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance from Bible Hill RCMP, the Northeast Nova Major Crimes Unit, Halifax Integrated General Investigation Section, Forensic Identification Unit, Police Dog Section and Northeast Nova Traffic Services.

Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the altercation to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
