Update: RCMP charge men in break and enter incident, Port Bickerton, N.S.

, Guysborough District RCMP responded to a 911 call of a break and enter at a residence on Port Bickerton Village Road in Port Bickerton.

Tylor Joseph Shepley, 29, Codi James Scott Bungay-Lloyd, 21 and Tyrell Kenneth Benedict, 19 are each facing the following charges:

– Wearing Disguise with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence
– Robbery While Armed with an Imitation Weapon
– Break and Enter with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence (two counts)
– Carry Imitation of a Weapon for the Purpose of Committing an Offence

Codi James Scott Bungay-Lloyd faces an additional charge of Breach of Recognizance.

On Sunday March 8th, Samuel David Warner, 20, of Port Bickerton, was arrested by RCMP in relation to this investigation. He is facing the following charges:

– Break and Enter with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence
– Robbery While Armed with an Imitation Weapon
– Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose

The accused’s who were remanded into custody are appearing in Antigonish Provincial Court today. The investigation is continuing.
