Investigators with the Homicide Unit of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division have determined that the cause of death of the third person is a homicide. Given the condition of the body, investigators believe it will take some time before the identity will be known.
Codey Reginald Hennigar appeared in Dartmouth Provincial Court today and was remanded into custody until his next court appearance on January 30th, 2015.
The investigation continues.
