Here are some updated renderings in the proposal for a 7-storey mixed-use building on Brunswick St. that would replace St. David’s Hall. The proposal went in front of the Design and Review Committee last month for a preliminary presentation. Commercial space will be available on Brunswick St, with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units on the floors above. St. David’s Hall will also be incorporated into the new building and the parking garage will be accessible via Market St.
