The folks over at HalifaxNewsNet breaks the news to Dartmouth drivers that the HDBC is going to begin work on the Victoria Road interchange beginning today. From the article:

“Starting tomorrow, Oct. 2, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission (HDBC) will begin complete restoration of the Victoria Road Interchange, a project that is expected to take 12 weeks”
