Video: Proroguing protest in downtown Halifax

Today, Saturday January 23, rallies were being held across Canada by Canadians who are against the prorogation of parliament by Stephen Harper.  This movement started online with the facebook group "Canadians Against Proroguing Parliament"  (The site now has 211,414 members).  Halifax was the first city to get going with hundreds of people gathering downtown.  Liam Paul, haligonia.ca intern, covered the rally.
