HRP release:

Police continue to respond to a number of reports of downed power lines; streets obstructed by debris and driving hazards due to the ongoing storm. In addition, a large number of traffic lights are out of service due to power outages

South Street, between Queen Street and South Park Street, is shut down to all traffic because of debris falling off a building under construction. 

Driving conditions are deteriorating. Please stay off the roads unless absolutely necessary, until the storm subsides.
