Morning Bloggies!. It’s Thursday already, that means the weekend’s just around the corner!! It’s going to be a busy one but at least it’s a break from the routine.
Motivation has been at an all time low. My running has suffered because of this; I’m tired and haven’t wanted to do anything once I got home so I haven’t. It’s quite the vicious cycle because I know that once I get off the couch I’ll feel better.
Dietitians, Pedorthist, and 2 Physiotherapists will be on hand to share their expertise. The event will consist of 4 mini interactive info sessions. Topics to include:
- Injury Prevention
- Nutrition for Pre & Post work outs
- Proper Footwear Selection
I’m looking forward to it and will be blogging all the details. Melanie and I have plans to meet for Supper at the Peppermill Restaurant (Ramada). Going to have a look at the menu as the Spinach Salad didn’t really impress me last time. There are lots of yummy looking meals available though so I’m sure I won’t have a problem finding something. 😉
Prepare to drool… I am a GENIUS I tell ya! The other night when Mom was over, we enjoyed coffee and a bit of dessert. Since our freezer is full of Vitalicious products (thanks Katie!) I figured it was a great time to start sampling them.
