6:10pm A witness observed two males in a Hyundai Elantra outside of the MacDonalds Restaurant. The passenger in the vehicle stuck his arm out the window and pointed a gun at the front door of the restaurant. There was no one near the door. The two suspects drove away but were located a short time later at the No Frills store on Wyse Rd. The males were taken in to custody and the gun was located in their vehicle. The gun turned out to be a pellet gun. The 17 and 15-year-old suspects were charged with possession of a weapon, and turned over to their parents. They will appear in Halifax Youth Court on August 17th, 2017
