Weapon complaint leads to arrests – Dartmouth

6:10pm  A witness ob­served two males in a Hyundai Elantra ou­tside of the MacDona­lds Restaurant. The passenger in the veh­icle stuck his arm out the window and po­inted a gun at the front door of the res­taurant. There was no one near the door. The two suspects dr­ove away but were lo­cated a short time later at the No Frills store on Wyse Rd. The males were taken in to custody and the gun was located in their vehicle. The gun turned out to be a pellet gun. The 17 and 15-year-old suspects were charged with possession of a weapon, and turned over to their paren­ts. They will appear in Halifax Youth Co­urt on August 17th, 2017
