1. The wait is over! Head to the Museum of Nautural History for a giant step back in time with their Dinosaurs Unearthed exhibit! Showcasing a range of dinosaurs from the Jurassic and Cretaceous Periods, this 2,000 sq ft exhibition delivers a larger-than-life, memorable and interactive guest experience that’s not to be missed.

Dinosaurs Unearthed has a lot more than just the dinosaurs. Real fossils from recent digs and great hands on activities will make your visit interesting and fun!

2. St. Luke’s United Church in Upper Tantallon proudly presents a day of family entertainment at their Winter Wake-Up Concert on Saturday! The morning show is from 10:30am-12pm and features award winning children & family entertainers Donna & Andy!

3. Calling all Paddington Bear fans – the new Central library in downtown Halifax will be “All About Paddington Bear” on Saturday morning! Come celebrate the wonder of Paddington Bear with stories and crafts!

4. Welcome to the 24th annual Sheffield Mills Eagle Watch in the beautiful Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia! Hundreds of Bald Eagles come to our area each year, and our community hosts this event to share these spectacular birds with anyone who is interested. You will improve your chance of a great viewing experience if you visit the designated viewing site in the morning. While you’re there be sure to visit the Community Centre for a delicious pancake and sausage breakfast, great music and Eagle related exhibits.
