When it comes to summer and the warm weather I seem to always be drawn to floral prints, and this gorgeous 100% silk skirt from THII is no exception.

I instantly fell in love with this piece the minute I set my eyes on it, and I’m happy that it’s from a Canadian company! To check out more of their pieces by going here. What I really really love about this skirt is that despite wearing it seated at a desk all day it didn’t wrinkle! If you decide to order this piece I would advise to size down I found mine ran a little large 🙂

This is my first attempt at socks and sandals however. I’m a huge fan of socks and heels, but I’ve never taken the plunge to full on socks and sandal territory. Never say never blog reader because you just never know. I think the best way to pull this off is by wearing a sandal with some height and some straps so your outfit looks purposely (no one wear heels by accident)! The socks also act as a barrier for preventing blisters! Sweet! I’ll take it.
