I GOT A NEW iPOD FOR CHRISTMAS!!!
It’s been a long time since I’ve worked out with a playlist or my own music. I’ve been working out with the missus for the last year and so I haven’t had my iPod in my ears and have had to listen to whatever was playing at the gym.
I’ve recently realized that I think the main reason I hate doing cardio is because I don’t have good music to do it to. For me personally, music is a HUGE part of my life and I’ve always said “music is the soundtrack to our lives”. So, now I’m in the midst of starting a workout playlist that I want to start listening to when I do my cardio.
Do you listen to music when you workout? What kind of music do you listen to? As I make my list I realize my music is WAY out of date and I need to add to it! Have a look over what I listen to and make some suggestions on what you see.
