Workshop: Feel better about yourself

Good morning everyone – dunno about you, but I could really stand to feel better about myself today because I’m coming down with that cold that’s been going around. Ugh. That’s not the kind of “feeling better” that’s going on this afternoon, though – but that too is important. Check ‘er out at the library today.
The way that we feel about ourselves can have an impact on our relationships with others, the things we do in our lives, and our overall well-being. In partnership with Chebucto Community Health Team.
