Yarmouth Town RCMP seek publicand#039;s assistance locating missing man, Yarmouth, N.S.

Yarmouth Town RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing Yarmouth man.

Sixty-six-year-old Anthony ‘Tony’ Wallace was last seen at 11:30 a.m. yesterday at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital. He left the hospital on a pass and did not return at the scheduled time. Wallace is described as 5’5′ tall, 160lbs, with short grey hair with a receding hairline and blue eyes. Wallace was last seen wearing brown pants and a khaki green winter coat. He is known to hitchhike long distances. Police and family are concerned for his well-being as he requires medical care.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Anthony Wallace is asked to call Yarmouth Town RCMP at 902-742-8777 or Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS ( 8477), or text TIP202 + your message to ‘CRIMES’ (274637) or by Secure Web Tips at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca. Calls to Crime Stoppers are not taped or traced and if police make an arrest and lay charges based on a tip, callers qualify for a cash award.
