You’re invited to celebrate Turbine‘s big year of expansion! With the opening of two new posh retail locations Turbine wants to share with you a fun fall runway show.
WHEN: Friday November 7, 2014
WHERE: 1869 Upper Water Street, Historic Properties Halifax Waterfront
WHAT: Canadian designer Lisa Drader-Murphy unveils her newest collections of fashions, handbags and accessories at the unique, currently vacant Collins’ Bank Building (recently London Loft) space at Historic Properties.
TICKET INFO: Tickets to Turbine Showcase 2014 are $40 each and may be purchased at Turbine at Sunnyside Mall, at the Lisa Drader-Murphy flagship boutique at Historic Properties and by phone at (902) 429-0986. A limited number of VIP tables for eight are available at $320.
Net proceeds from ticket sales and all proceeds from the raffled $500 surprise package at this annual event are donated to various women’s charities via Turbine’s charitable giving arm, The Turbine Fund. With a mandate to “Empower Women Through Education, Support, and Example,” preference is shown to lesser-known organizations that receive limited government support and could benefit most from the funds and platform of the event. In addition to supporting numerous community events, the Turbine Fund has contributed cash in excess of $165,000 to various organizations.
See you there!
